My work explores the truth of impermanence and finds beauty in it.

Much of my inspiration comes from the vignettes in the Dhamma - the Buddha's teachings on the nature of stress and the path to its cessation. In my work, I strive to capture their essence; the development process is an exercise in mindfulness, concentration, and persistence.

Upon completion of a work, I ponder a path to its release. For me, the practice of creating art is as much developing as it is letting go. When the time comes, the work is set free, leaving behind only the trace of intention, and the memory of how it is received.
